User Data Deletion

Last updated: August 26, 2026

What data RunSlide stores from your connected accounts

When you connect a social account to RunSlide (Meta/Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, or TikTok), we store only what is needed to publish content on your behalf:

  • The account or Page identifier and display name (for example, your Facebook Page ID and name).
  • An access token that authorizes RunSlide to publish to that account. We never receive or store your password.

We do not store your Facebook profile, friends, messages, or any content beyond the posts you choose to publish through RunSlide.

How to delete this data

You can remove the data RunSlide holds about you in any of the following ways:

  1. Disconnect the account. Go to Settings → Social accounts and disconnect the account. RunSlide immediately stops accessing it.
  2. Request permanent erasure. Email [email protected] from the email address on your RunSlide account. We will permanently delete all data we hold about you — including stored access tokens and account information — within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
  3. Delete your RunSlide account. Deleting your account removes all of your connected social accounts and their stored tokens along with it.

Removing RunSlide from Facebook

You can also revoke RunSlide's access from Facebook directly: open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, select RunSlide, and choose Remove. This revokes the access token. To also erase the data already stored by RunSlide, use one of the methods above or email us.
