The rules
This page is part of the Terms of service. Questions: [email protected].
You may not use RunSlide to make, store or publish:
- Unlawful content, or anything that helps break the law.
- Content that sexualises or endangers children, in any form, real or made by AI. We report it to the authorities.
- Hate, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence or self-harm.
- Pictures or text that pretend a real person said or did something they did not (fake endorsements, fake quotes, deepfakes). For AI pictures, do not use photos of real people as references and do not ask for a picture of a real, named person. Characters are made-up personas.
- Other people's work as your own. You may study a TikTok video in your Library for inspiration. You may not copy another creator's slideshow, pictures, text or voice and publish it as yours.
- Misleading or deceptive material: false claims about health, money or products, fake reviews, fake giveaways, or hidden paid promotion. Follow the advertising rules where you live and the platform's rules for branded content.
- Spam and fake engagement: mass identical posts, posts made to trick the platform's ranking, buying or selling followers, likes or comments.
- Malware or attacks on the service or other people, including scraping the service, probing for weaknesses, or using it to overload another site.
Platform rules apply to you
When you send a slideshow to TikTok (or any platform we add later), you must follow that platform's own terms and community rules. That includes its limits, its rules about branded content and its rule to label realistic AI-generated content. Check the platform's current rules each time; they change. Do not add a promotional watermark that is not yours to a creator's content.
AI pictures and AI text
- You are responsible for the output you publish. AI can be wrong or look like something that exists. Check it.
- AI providers may refuse a request. Do not try to get around a refusal.
- Label AI-generated content as the platform asks you to. RunSlide does not add an AI label to your pictures for you.
What we do about breaches
We may remove content, refuse a request, limit or close an account, and report illegal content to the authorities. We try to tell you what happened and why, unless the law or an investigation stops us. For a repeat or serious breach we close the account without a refund. You can answer at [email protected].
Report content or file a takedown
Copyright or other rights
If you think something stored or sent through RunSlide infringes your copyright or another right of yours, write to [email protected] with the subject "Takedown notice" and include:
- your name, postal address, email and phone number;
- what the work is, with a link to the original;
- where our copy is (a TikTok video link you saw imported, the post, or the picture address);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your signature (a typed full name is enough).
We acknowledge within 2 working days, remove or disable the content that is clearly identified, and tell the account holder. We keep a record of notices.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to [email protected] with the subject "Counter-notice": what was removed and where it was, why you have the right to use it, and your name and email. We pass it to the person who complained and tell you what we decide.
You appear in imported content, or a comment of yours was imported
Users can import public TikTok videos into their own Library. That can store your handle, a comment you wrote, or a frame in which you appear. To have it deleted from every account, write to [email protected] with the subject "Removal request", the link to the TikTok video, and which part concerns you. We delete the matching stored copies within 30 days and confirm. See the Privacy policy.
Other illegal or harmful content
Write to [email protected] with a link or the account, and what the problem is. If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who are repeatedly the subject of valid notices.
